Sources and Copyright

Scripture

The Bible readers identify their available editions inside the application. The Old Testament includes the public-domain Brenton Septuagint and the LXX2012 edition where selected. The New Testament includes the English Majority Text Version, which is made available by the original editor under a creative commons license. American Standard Version Byzantine Text and the Majority Standard Bible are in the public domain. Greek texts, translation notices, and edition information are identified within the reader.

Patristic and Early Christian Texts

Many historical works come from public-domain collections or editions. Public domain remains public domain. Theologians Press may claim rights only in work that is actually new: original translations, introductions, modernizations, annotations, indexes, arrangement, design, audio, or other clearly identified editorial labor.

Original Articles and Editorial Resources

Where Theologians Press wrote the argument, introduction, table, study guide, or signed article, that original work is protected to the extent provided by law unless the page states otherwise. Lawful quotation, criticism, review, scholarship, fair use, and the use of public-domain material remain what they are.

Audio, Images, and External Services

Audio produced for the site, cover art, fonts, calendar data, embedded services, and external links may each carry separate source or licensing terms. The Orthodox Calendar identifies its current calendar source. Image pages should preserve every available attribution and source record.

If a source has been misidentified, an attribution is wrong, or material appears without proper authorization, email theologianspress@gmail.com, or dm @theart0fwisdom on Instagram and Include the exact page, identify the disputed material, and provide the evidence necessary to examine the claim.
