Numbers 2
1And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying,Καὶ ἐλάλησε Κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν καὶ Ἀαρὼν, λέγων,
2Let the children of Israel encamp fronting each other, every man keeping his own rank, according to their standards, according to the houses of their families; the children of Israel shall encamp round about the tabernacle of witness.ἄνθρωπος ἐχόμενος αὐτοῦ κατὰ τάγμα, κατὰ σημαίας, κατʼ οἴκους πατριῶν αὐτῶν, παρεμβαλλέτωσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραήλ ἐναντίοι· κύκλῳ τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου παρεμβαλοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραήλ.
3And they that encamp first toward the east shall be the order of the camp of Juda with their host, and the prince of the sons of Juda, Naasson the son of Aminadab.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλλοντες πρῶτοι κατὰ ἀνατολὰς, τάγμα παρεμβολῆς Ἰούδα σὺν δυνάμει αὐτῶν, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Ἰούδα, Ναασσὼν υἱὸς Ἀμιναδάβ.
4His forces that were numbered, were seventy-four thousand and six hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, τέσσαρες καὶ ἑβδομήκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ ἑξακόσιοι.
5And they that encamp next shall be of the tribe of Issachar, and the prince of the sons of Issachar shall be Nathanael the son of Sogar.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλλοντες ἐχόμενοι φυλῆς Ἰσσάχαρ, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσσάχαρ, Ναθαναὴλ υἱὸς Σωγάρ.
6His forces that were numbered, were fifty-four thousand and four hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, τέσσαρες καὶ πεντήκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ τετρακόσιοι.
7And they that encamp next shall be of the tribe of Zabulon, and the prince of the sons of Zabulon shall be Eliab the son of Chaelon.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλλοντες ἐχόμενοι φυλῆς Ζαβουλὼν, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Ζαβουλὼν, Ἑλιὰβ υἱὸς Χαιλών.
8His forces that were numbered, were fifty-seven thousand and four hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, ἑπτὰ καὶ πεντήκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ τετρακόσιοι.
9All that were numbered of the camp of Juda were one hundred and eighty thousand and six thousand and four hundred: they shall move first with their forces.Πάντες οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι ἐκ τῆς παρεμβολῆς Ἰούδα, ἑκατὸν ὀγδοήκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ ἑξακισχίλιοι καὶ τετρακόσιοι, σὺν δυνάμει αὐτῶν πρῶτον ἐξαροῦσι.
10This is the order of the camp of Ruben; their forces shall be toward the south, and the prince of the children of Ruben shall be Elisur the son of Sediur.Τάγματα παρεμβολῆς Ῥουβὴν, πρὸς λίβα δύναμις αὐτῶν, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν ʼΡουβὴν, Ἐλισοὺρ υἱὸς Σεδιούρ.
11His forces that were numbered, were forty-six thousand and five hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, ἓξ καὶ τεσσαράκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ πεντακόσιοι.
12And they that encamp next to him shall be of the tribe of Symeon, and the prince of the sons of Symeon shall be Salamiel the son of Surisadai.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλλοντες ἐχόμενοι αὐτοῦ φυλῆς Συμεὼν, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Συμεὼν, Σαλαμιὴλ υἱὸς Σουρισαδαί.
13His forces that were numbered, were fifty-nine thousand and three hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, ἐννέα καὶ πεντήκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ τριακόσιοι.
14And they that encamp next to them shall be the tribe of Gad; and the prince of the sons of Gad, Elisaph the son of Raguel.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλοντες ἐχόμενοι αὐτοῦ φυλὴ Γὰδ, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Γὰδ, Ἑλισὰφ υἱὸς Ῥαγουήλ.
15His forces that were numbered, were forty-five thousand and six hundred and fifty.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, πέντε καὶ τεσσαράκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ ἑξακόσιοι καὶ πεντήκοντα.
16All who were numbered of the camp of Ruben, were one hundred and fifty-one thousand and four hundred and fifty: they with their forces shall proceed in the second place.Πάντες οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι τῆς παρεμβολῆς Ῥουβὴν, ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα μία χιλιάδες καὶ τετρακόσιοι καὶ πεντήκοντα, σὺν δυνάμει αὐτῶν δεύτεροι ἐξαροῦσι.
17And then the tabernacle of witness shall be set forward, and the camp of the Levites shall be between the camps; as they shall encamp, so also shall they commence their march, each one next in order to his fellow according to their companies.Καὶ ἀρθήσεται ἡ σκηνὴ τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ ἡ παρεμβολὴ τῶν Λευιτῶν μέσον τῶν παρεμβολῶν· ὡς καὶ παρεμβαλοῦσιν, οὕτω καὶ ἐξαροῦσιν ἕκαστος ἐχόμενος καθʼ ἡγεμονίας.
18The station of the camp of Ephraim shall be * westward with their forces, and the head of the children of Ephraim shall be Elisama the son of Emiud.Τάγμα παρεμβολῆς Ἐφραὶμ παρὰ θάλασσαν σὺν δυνάμει αὐτῶν, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Ἐφραὶμ, Ἐλισαμὰ υἱὸς Ἐμιούδ.
19His forces that were numbered, are forty thousand and five hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, τεσσαράκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ πεντακόσιοι.
20And they that encamp next shall be of the tribe of Manasse, and the prince of the sons of Manasse, Gamaliel the son of Phadassur.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλλοντες ἐχόμενοι φυλῆς Μανασσῆ, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Μανασσῆ, Γαμαλιὴλ υἱὸς Φαδασσούρ.
21His forces that were numbered, were thirty-two thousand and two hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, δύο καὶ τριάκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ διακόσιοι.
22And they that encamp next shall be of the tribe of Benjamin, and the prince of the sons of Benjamin, Abidan the son of Gadeoni.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλλοντες ἐχόμενοι φυλῆς Βενιαμὶν, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Βενιαμὶν, Ἀβιδὰν υἱὸς Γαδεωνί.
23His forces that were numbered, were thirty-five thousand and four hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, πέντε καὶ τριάκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ τετρακόσιοι.
24All that were numbered of the camp of Ephraim, were one hundred and eight thousand and one hundred: they with their forces shall set out third.Πάντες οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι τῆς παρεμβολῆς Ἐφραὶμ, ἑκατὸν χιλιάδες καὶ ὀκτακισχίλιοι καὶ ἑκατὸν· σὺν δυνάμει αὐτῶν τρίτοι ἐξαροῦσι.
25The order of the camp of Dan shall be northward with their forces; and the prince of the sons of Dan, Achiezer the son of Amisadai.Τάγμα παρεμβολῆς Δὰν πρὸς βοῤῥᾶν σὺν δυνάμει αὐτῶν, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Δὰν, Ἀχιέζερ υἱὸς Ἀμισαδαί.
26His forces that were numbered, were sixty-two thousand and seven hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, δύο καὶ ἑξήκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ ἑπτακόσιοι.
27And they that encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Aser; and the prince of the sons of Aser, Phagiel the son of Echran.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλλοντες ἐχόμενοι αὐτοῦ φυλὴ Ἀσὴρ, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Ἀσὴρ, Φαγεὴλ υἱὸς Ἐχράν.
28His forces that were numbered, were forty-one thousand and five hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, μία καὶ τεσσαράκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ πεντακόσιοι.
29And they that encamp next shall be of the tribe of Nephthali; and the prince of the children of Nephthali, Achire son Aenan.Καὶ οἱ παρεμβάλλοντες ἐχόμενοι φυλῆς Νεφθαλί, καὶ ὁ ἄρχων τῶν υἱῶν Νεφθαλὶ, Ἀχιρὲ υἱὸς Αἰνάν.
30His forces that were numbered were fifty-three thousand and four hundred.Δύναμις αὐτοῦ οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι, τρεῖς καὶ πεντήκοντα χιλιάδες καὶ τετρακόσιοι.
31All that were numbered of the camp of Dan, were one hundred and fifty-seven thousand and six hundred: they shall set out last according to their order.Πάντες οἱ ἐπεσκεμμένοι τῆς παρεμβολῆς Δὰν, ἑκατὸν καὶ πεντηκονταεπτὰ χιλιάδες καὶ ἑξακόσιοι· ἔσχατοι ἐξαροῦσι κατὰ τάγμα αὐτῶν.
32This is the numbering of the children of Israel according to the houses of their families: all the numbering of the camps with their forces, was six hundred and three thousand, five hundred and fifty.Αὕτη ἡ ἐπίσκεψις τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ κατʼ οἴκους πατριῶν αὐτῶν· πᾶσα ἡ ἐπίσκεψις τῶν παρεμβολῶν σὺν ταῖς δυνάμεσιν αὐτῶν, ἑξακόσιαι χιλιάδες καὶ τρισχίλιοι πεντακόσιοι πεντήκοντα.
33But the Levites were not numbered with them, as the Lord commanded Moses.Οἱ δὲ Λευῖται οὐ συνεπεσκέπησαν ἐν αὐτοῖς, καθὰ ἐνετείλατο Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.
34And the children of Israel did all things that the Lord commanded Moses; thus they encamped in their order, and thus they began their march in succession each according to their divisions, according to the houses of their families.Καὶ ἐποίησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραὴλ πάντα ὅσα συνέταξε Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ· οὕτω παρενέβαλον κατὰ τάγμα αὐτῶν, καὶ οὕτως ἐξῇρον ἕκαστος ἐχόμενοι κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν, κατʼ οἴκους πατριῶν αὐτῶν.
