Cushan-rishathaim

(Judg. 3:8-11)—king of Aram-naharaim, or Mesopotamia, into whose hand the LORD gave Israel after the people served the Baals and Asheroth. After eight years of oppression they cried to the LORD, who raised up Othniel son of Kenaz. Othniel defeated Cushan-rishathaim, and the land had rest forty years.
