(graves of craving) (Num 11:34-35; 33:16) - one of Israel's wilderness encampments. It received this name because God struck the Israelites with a plague for their gluttonous craving for meat and their murmuring when deprived of it. Their next encampment was Hazeroth, a detail used by the source in locating Kibroth-hattaavah, tentatively at El-Ain.
