(4) (1 Chron. 8:24) a son of Shashak in a Benjaminite genealogy. (5) (Ezra 10:28) a son of Bebai who had married a foreign woman; First Esdras has Ananias. (6) (Neh. 3:8) one of the perfumers who helped repair Jerusalem’s wall; the source mistakenly makes him the son of Harhaiah, who was the father of the neighboring worker Uzziel.
(7) (Neh. 3:30) a son of Shelemiah who repaired the wall. (8) (Neh. 7:2) commander of Jerusalem’s citadel, described as faithful and God-fearing. (9) (Neh. 10:23) a leader who sealed the covenant.
