Valley of Shaveh Saby
Archimandrite Nikifor’s Biblical Encyclopedia
(Gen. 14:17; 2 Sam. 18:18)—the valley near Jerusalem where the king of Sodom and Melchizedek met Abraham after his victory over the eastern kings. It is also called the King’s Valley. The source follows an older traveler in associating it with the Kidron Valley, but the precise location remains debated.
