(district) (Ezek. 6:14) — a locality forming one of the extremities of the land of Israel; probably this was Riblah, on the eastern bank of the Orontes, at which the priests and nobles of Jerusalem were slain by the king of Babylon, and many cruelties were inflicted upon the last king of Judah, Zedekiah (2 Kings 25:6, 20, 21).
